Accessibility Statement

The Candleberry Company wants everyone who orders from us to be able to use our wholesale ordering site, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, for the customer ordering flow: logging in, selecting a customer, building an order, and reviewing and sending it.

What we have done

The ordering pages can be used with a keyboard alone and with screen readers. Every quantity box is labeled with its product and size. Table headings, form labels, and error messages are available to assistive technology. Text and form controls meet color-contrast requirements. Each page change updates the page title and moves focus to the new page heading. We designed the pages to work at up to 400% browser zoom.

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, but we have not yet been independently verified as conforming. Accessibility testing is ongoing, and we continue to review and improve the site.

Known limitations

The product catalog PDFs linked from the order form are not yet fully accessible to screen readers. If you need the information in a different form, contact us and we will provide it by email or in another format.
